- 3 frozen bananas
- 1.5 cups of almond milk
- 2 dates (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Blend all the ingredients at the same time until you get a smooth consistency.
