Is something wrong? Did you receive a faulty item? Don't worry! 

 

  1. To return your order, it's quite simple. 
  2. Keep your receipt. 
  3. Do not exceed 7 days after delivery. 

 

And in case you receive a damaged or incorrect delivery. Don't panic.

 

  1. Take a picture of the damaged item as proof. 
  2. We will give you a full refund and cover the return shipping costs. 

 

 

Simple refund procedure: (If applicable)

  • Upon receiving your returned item. We'll notify you that we've successfully received it. Then we'll proceed with a thorough inspection of the item to determine if it's eligible for a refund or not.
  • If it's good news, and the item is indeed eligible for a refund, the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method.

 

What happens if you don't receive your refund? (If applicable)

  • Again, don't panic. First, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it's officially displayed.
  • Then contact your bank, since they may take a few extra days before placing the refund on your account.
