2 Tbsp of Sea Moss Gel
2 Cups of Almond Milk or your of choice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1⁄8 tsp Cinnamon
1⁄8 tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp of Flaxseeds
2 Tbsp of Sunflower seeds
Add sweetener as needed (Agave, Honey, Brown Sugar are great options)
Blend until smooth.
