Irish Moss Smoothie

  •  2 Tbsp of Sea Moss Gel

  • 1 Banana

  •  2 Cups of Almond Milk or your of choice

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  •  1⁄8 tsp Cinnamon

  •  1⁄8 tsp Nutmeg

  • 2 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp of Flaxseeds

  • 2 Tbsp of Sunflower seeds

  • Add sweetener as needed (Agave, Honey, Brown Sugar are great options)

  • Blend until smooth.

    Sea moss is tasteless so you can add it to a variety of dishes. In fact, it's an especially great plant-based substitute for gelatin or other thickening agents. You can also put it in:

    Smoothies
    Juices
    Cakes
    Sauces
    Homemade ice cream
    Stews and soups
    Tea
    Coffee
    Oatmeal
    Porridge
    Pancake Batter (Makes it very Fluffy)

    Remember, since Irish moss has little to no flavor, you can get creative when it comes to reaping the benefits of this nutritious algae. So don't be afraid to experiment. You might come up with a new, tasty recipe.
