Information about order processing, delivery, tracking, and shipping support for fresh and perishable Sea Moss products.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more before discounts. Final shipping eligibility is confirmed in cart and checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days.
Shipping schedule
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday. This schedule helps us manage fresh and perishable Sea Moss products responsibly before they enter the carrier network.
Delivery timing
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Carrier delays, weather, destination, and other factors outside our direct control may affect transit time.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent once your package has been handed over to the carrier so you can follow the shipment.
Fresh and perishable products
Sea Moss Gel is a refrigerated, perishable product. Customers should review tracking updates and retrieve delivered packages promptly. If a shipment arrives damaged, spoiled, leaking, opened, or otherwise compromised, contact us under the claim windows in our Refunds & Order Resolution Policy.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before an order enters production or is handed to the carrier.
Late, lost, or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, contact our support team so we can review the carrier tracking and delivery status.
If tracking shows the shipment is lost, undeliverable, or has had no carrier movement for 5 business days, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we will issue a refund for the affected order.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping unless a destination is specifically made available during checkout.
