You can actually go ahead and freeze our product, without this the shelf life of the product is typically one month from arrival and we recommend to take a serving of two tablespoons per day and if you would like to pause your subscription you can do this easily from either your dashboard, contacting us via Facebook or alternatively email us at support@seamosstransformation.com
